Our Friendly Home Foundation

The Our Friendly Home Foundation supports adults with intellectual disabilities in achieving independent living by creating an environment based on trust, empathy, and an individual approach. It provides housing, physical and social rehabilitation, and daily support from assistants who help residents develop independence and social activity. The foundation creates a space for building autonomy and developing talents in an atmosphere of openness and mutual support.

With financial support from the KPO, the foundation planned the installation of solar panels and the purchase of modern physiotherapy equipment to expand its rehabilitation services for people with disabilities. This enabled professional support for a larger number of patients and the employment of at least three people with disabilities. The project strengthened the foundation’s economic activity, reduced energy costs, and increased its financial independence, supporting the development of the social economy.
