The new university residence in Lisbon has a capacity of 320 beds, distributed among 96 single rooms and 112 double rooms, all furnished.

This residence is the result of the rehabilitation and adaptation of two buildings on Avenida Manuel da Maia and Alameda D. Afonso Henriques, with the PRR (Recovery and Resilience Plan) financing 10 million euros of this project, which had a total cost of 17 million euros.

The new residence was created exclusively for scholarship students, and the cost per room will vary according to the family income, with a minimum value set at 84 euros and a maximum at 324 euros.
