The National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICD, Slovak: Národný ústav srdcových a cievnych chorôb, NÚSCH) is the leading and only specialized center in Slovakia providing comprehensive cardiovascular care for all age groups.
The objective of the project is to equip National Institute of Heart and Vascular Diseases, a.s. with a navigation system for the treatment of atrial fibrillation in order to reduce the average time of surgery by at least 30% compared to the pre-investment baseline and increasing the number of operations carried out by at least 20 %.
