The project involves an extensive renovation of the townhouse at 47 Námestie Majstra Pavla in Levoča, a significant 15th-century landmark. The goal of the restoration was to preserve the building, which was in critical structural condition, address the consequences of long-term neglect, resolve structural issues, and transform it into a multifunctional service center. The project included moisture remediation and structural reinforcement of the building, modernization of utility systems, and extensive restoration work. The renovation also preserves and restores several historically valuable elements, such as the original stone portals, stucco decoration, and authentic layers of the facade. Following the renovation, the Town House now houses an information center, as well as exhibition and creative spaces, public restrooms, a luggage storage area, and craft workshops.
