The project will result in the creation of a multifunctional center that will bring together essential services for the residents of the town and surrounding municipalities. A new, modern facility will be built that meets current standards in energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and social sustainability.
The main benefits of the project include improved communication and interaction with residents, better access to public services, and preparation for future development.
The center will feature a multi-purpose hall for theater performances, film screenings, cultural and leisure activities, and small concerts. The new building will also include space for the local library, a senior citizens’ club, an archive, and polling stations.
The Municipal Library and a reading club will also find their place here. In addition, there will be areas for organizing cultural and community events for the residents of Brozany.
The project also includes landscaping around the building and other necessary site improvements.
