The objective of the investment is to provide the technical basis for introducing more flexible working methods for sheltered companies and employment centres. EUR 2.26 million from the Recovery and Resilience Facility is earmarked for this purpose. The aim of the public call was to finance projects for sheltered companies and employment centres for the design and implementation of individual plans for the development of new business models according to the needs of an individual sheltered company or employment centre (optimisation of operations, updating of internal documents, plan for adapting work processes, etc.) and considering the changing business environment, introducing changes in the field of new technologies and introducing more flexible ways of working. The aim of the public call was also to include persons with disabilities in the training to improve their skills for benefiting from flexible working arrangements.
