The aim of the project is to build a new four-star ‘Kneipp NaturHotel’ hotel, increasing the number of rooms In Terme Snovik by 55 and beds by 120.
The existing green, healthy and active offer will be upgraded by cultural and indigenous events, experiences, gastronomic offer and congress. An extension to the swimming pool facility is planned to include a wellness centre. This addition will allow guests to benefit from relaxing and medication therapies and services.
The planned investment will ensure an increase in the quality of the tourism offer, increase the number of visits to the spa and overnight stays, contribute to an increase in the income generated, profits and added value per employee. The investment will also contribute to the green transition, increase material and energy efficiency, sustainable mobility and create quality jobs.
The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 1.8 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 13.1 million. The project started in December 2022 and will be completed in May 2026.
