"Nikola Yonkov Vaptsarov" primary school in the village of Selanovtsi is a school in which more than 150 students are educated every day, a large part of them from minority groups and children with special educational needs. The training takes place in a single-shift mode.
The project, financed with EUR 1,28 million from the Recovery and Resilience Facility, envisages the implementation of a package of measures to achieve energy efficiency in the building of the "Nikola Vaptsarov" elementary school in the village of Selanovtsi, as follows: thermal insulation of external walls, replacement of windows and doors, thermal insulation of the floor and installation of a highly efficient heat pump system "air-air" type.
Replacement of lighting fixtures with LEDs and installation of exterior facade lighting. Installation of a photovoltaic system. The school has an accessible environment.
