The project involves the expansion and automation of the Mlekovita Dairy Cooperative plant in Wysokie Mazowieckie, enabling the robotization and digitalization of the company, particularly in the production processes of UHT milk and other dairy products. The investment aligns with the “Mlekovita Dairy Cooperative Action Directions for 2023,” especially regarding investment activities, as reported in the 2022 activity report. The goal of the project is to automate and digitalize the enterprise and transform it toward Industry 4.0, which will allow for a 35% increase in production capacity for the product group covered by the project, optimization of production processes, better alignment of product quality with high domestic and international market standards, monitoring of equipment operation and predictive maintenance, reduction of raw material and material losses, lower environmental emissions, and reduced energy consumption. Additionally, the project plans to create 16 new highly specialized jobs, enhancing employee skills to meet the needs of a modern economy. The project will be carried out from December 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026, at the Mlekovita plant in Wysokie Mazowieckie, which serves as the central production hub among all 24 Mlekovita plants nationwide. It is responsible for the production of milk and UHT products, yogurts, and drinkable beverages, as well as serving as the decision-making and logistics center for the entire Cooperative. Mlekovita aims to prioritize development across all areas in line with the rapidly changing market conditions and consumer expectations.
