Improvement of Barcelona City Council's public services

With funding of 6,084,141.72 euros from the NextGenerationEU funds, the transformation and digitization project of Barcelona City Council is deployed in five key areas for an innovative and citizen-centered administration.

This comprehensive strategy includes the creation of an "accessible administration" that ensures online access to all public services; the optimization of internal processes to achieve more agile management; the launch of a data management portal for the analysis and integration of diverse information; the modernization of the digital infrastructure to adapt it to new technological needs and a robust cyber security system thanks to the introduction of advanced systems such as the GRC in cyber security, the Security Operations Center and the updating of security protocols.
