Improve the procedural framework for the implementation of corporate governance principles in state owned enterprises

The implementation of the reform shall be completed by 30 June 2026.

The updated legislation for state-owned companies (including those at local level) shall enter into force by 31 December 2022.

The permanent task-force to ensure the monitoring and enforcement of the application of corporate governance standards shall be operational by 31 December 2022.

The Monitoring Dashboard shall be operational by 30 June 2023.
