Promote the creation of quality jobs, i.e., based on permanent employment contracts, aiming to provide an agile and reinforced response to the newly unemployed and, at the same time, promote a paradigm shift in job creation that contributes to mitigating the excessive segmentation of the Portuguese labour market.
