Development of technical-professional, digital and managerial skills of professionals in the healthcare system (Mission 6 – Component 2, Investment 2.2)
Italy’s Recovery and Resilience Plan provides for an increase in scholarships for the specific course in general medicine; launching a training plan on safety in terms of hospital infections for all NHS staff; activating a training path for personnel with top roles within NHS bodies in managerial and digital skills and financing specialized medical training contracts.
The component is financed by Italy’s Recovery and Resilience Plan by EUR 7.875 million.
As part of this investment, the project aims at trainining 836 employees of the National Health Service operating in hospital facilities by June 2026. The Company is delivering the course at a distance.
The NRRP funds allocated to this project amount to EUR 228.098.
