The Barcelona City Council has more than two million NextGenerationEU funds to rehabilitate and improve the energy sustainability of the old Palo Alto factory site.
It will revitalize this space and achieve an energy saving of more than 30%.
The plan aims to modernize the building with improvements in insulation, accessibility and habitability to adapt it to new needs, while preserving its heritage.
