The National Development Bank shall be established as a 100% state-owned credit institution operating under the supervision of the National Bank of Romania and in accordance with applicable local and EU legislation.
The National Development Bank shall have a share capital of RON 3 billion (ca. EUR 600 million).
The operationalisation of the BND shall also include the acquisition of an IT system, purchases of software licences and hardware as well as IT services.
