The project provided four public rental apartments by buying and refurbishing the upper part of the Rupnik building.

Energy-efficient housing will be accessible to the most vulnerable population groups for non-profit rent.

The Recovery and Resilience Facility provided funding of EUR 136,000, while the total value of the investment was EUR 273,186. The apartments were inaugurated in December 2024.
