The objective of the investment is to increase the efficiency of building permit procedures.
The enhancement of the e-application environment of the existing Hippodamos system to enable the submission of applications for planning and building permits for all planning authorities and building authorities (municipalities) from a common platform has been completed as of December 2022.
The planned enhancements of the e-system for issuing building permits within the existing Hippodamos System were completed in 2025. The upgrade includes new or enhanced functionalities related with a planning and control tool and a project management tool, as well as new hardware for the Hippodamos System.
