Enhancing attractiveness of research careers via implementation of European Charter for Researchers and Code of Conduct for Recruitment of Researchers

The project aims to enhance the attractiveness of research careers by ensuring talent attraction and retention, systematically monitoring career development, creating conditions for continuous skills and competence building, increasing the appeal of research positions, and preparing a human resource management strategy. EUR 58,207.29 is allocated from the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The measure was completed by 31 of July 2024.
