The total hospital area to be renovated under this investment is 25,500 sqm. The renovation will consist of: thermal rehabilitation works; replacing the gas heating plant with gas heating plant in cogeneration; replacing the hot water boiler for consumption; installation of electronic thermostats in each room; installation of air conditioning chiller and connection to the cogeneration plant; replacing lighting fixtures with LED systems; installation of batteries with photocell in the hospital bathrooms; installation of fans with heat recovery in the hospital rooms; installation of photovoltaic panels for lighting; and pressurised vacuum tubes for hot water generation.
The contract for the energy renovation of the hospital has been signed.
