
The purpose of the investment is to ensure static safety and adequate space for employees while significantly reducing energy consumption, which will be ensured through energy renovation measures (façade insulation, replacement of building furniture, renovation of the heating system, ventilation and lighting, installation of external blinds, thermostatic valves, energy monitoring, installation of a solar power plant).
The main objective of the investment is the energy rehabilitation of the building, in line with the recommendations of the Extended Energy Audit and the implementation of the structural rehabilitation measures with the recommendations of the project's structural analysis: reduction of primary energy consumption by at least 30%, reduction of direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions by at least 30% compared to the previous emissions, and improvement of the operational performance by reducing heating costs.
The Recovery and Resilience Facility contributes EUR 2.9 million to the investment worth EUR 3.5 million in total. The project started in November 2024 and should be finalised by April 2026.
