The project aims to increase the maturity level of information provision services, creating a virtual assistant/chatbot that will automate part of the information provision process and enable information to be provided to a larger number of clients, and expanding the availability of information about police activities by extending service hours from 8×5 to 24×7. General inquiries will be processed automatically. EUR 578 507 allocated from the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The project implemented by October 2025.
