Support for the digitalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Pallars Jussà
Under the Recovery and Resilience Facility-funded ACELERA-PYME rural call, the Regional Council of Pallars Jussà (Lleida) will open the “Acelera Pyme” office in Tremp, located in a mountain district with an overall population of 135,000. The office intends to offer an information and support service to local businesses in order to incorporate digital transformation into their production processes. This is a proximity service, adapted to the degree of maturity of each company from companies with well-established business models to start-ups, with both physical space and virtual space.
This office will organise seminars and workshops to raise awareness and support SMEs with innovative technologies and methodologies, networking sessions connecting technological supply with business demand, individualised advice on the uptake of ICT or online content associated with the adoption of technologies and processes. In this case, the measures will be adapted in such a way as to help reverse depopulation and to survive the roots of future generations. This office, together with the eight ‘Acelera Pyme’ offices that will be opened in the rest of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands and the 40 offices already in place in other parts of Spain, constitutes the network of ‘Acelera Pyme’ offices in rural areas.
