The digitalisation of the processes for preparing, implementing, and administering state support for multi-apartment building renovation (modernisation) projects, as well as for monitoring completed projects, will help accelerate the renovation process and reduce the administrative burden on the parties involved. A tool is created to administer multi-apartment renovation projects (the APVIS module) that will be used for submitting project applications, preparing contracts, submitting payment requests, verifying procurements, and generating reports on on-site inspection results. EUR 580 812,65 is allocated from the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The sub-measure will be completed by 30 September 2025.
