The project will equip the University of Ljubljana with ICT equipment to support the digitalisation of the higher education process and the establishment of IT support for administrative processes at the university.
The project will put in place a new digitalised habilitation process and new solutions for a single digital identity for all students and employees. It will implement a single study interface that will provide access to applications in an integrated study environment as well as widespread use of ICT. A digitalisation phase of pedagogical processes will also be carried out, allowing for new possibilities to use and integrate different interactive tools and environments and multimedia – the “Integrated Study Environment” solution. The necessary common and specific software for the operation of smart classrooms, enabling the development of digital competences of teaching staff and students and the delivery of different ICT-based forms of study, will be purchased.
The Recovery and Resilience Facility provides funding of EUR 6.1 million, while the total value of the investment is EUR 7.4 million.
The project started in January 2022 and will be finalised by September 2025.
