Development of long-term preservation of information system and registry records and their transfer to the state archives, ensuring unified access for users

Project

As information technologies advance, institutions increasingly rely on records stored in registers and state information systems (ISR). State archives must therefore preserve not only traditional documents (paper, electronic, audiovisual) but also ISR records of lasting value. The project ensured that these digital resources will be accessible through the planned E-Culture platform of the Ministry of Culture, ensuring public access to new digital heritage. The project was completed on 31 of January 2025. EUR 1,735,435.13 was allocated from the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
