Development of a healthcare service quality assessment model (indicator dashboard) (public sector).

The project establishes a unified, centralised platform to collect, integrate, and analyse health system data, including patient feedback, enabling real-time access to indicators and data-driven decision-making. It also strengthens staff capacities to use advanced IT tools, improving transparency, efficiency, and quality of healthcare services. It was complyted in June 2025 and received EUR 404 321 from the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
