The project aimed to set up vocational guidance system to balance supply and demand on the labour market. Career guidance in schools is provided by trained specialists, supported by quality data from the National Human Resources Monitoring System. The system will also integrate into lifelong learning, offering guidance through the LLL information system and Regional Career Centres. At least 380 career specialists are delivering services in schools since December 2024. EUR 9,998,172.97 was allocated from the Recovery and Resilience Facility.
