Development and implementation of a centralised platform for participatory budget management

To ensure the implementation of participatory budgeting in municipalities, the Territorial Development Planning Information System will be expanded by creating a new module - the participatory budget information system module (hereinafter - PBIS module).

The following steps will be done:

1. Development of the system administration panel of the PBIS module;
2. Development of the public panel of PBIS module;
3. Adapting the services of the state and municipality unified customer service centers to the public panel of the TAPIS PBIS module to ensure the possibility to participate for non-digital clients;
4. Ensuring the availability of PBIS module data on the Latvian Open Data Portal;
5. Ensuring project management and implementation;
6. Information and publicity measures regarding project implementation.
