The project consists in putting in operation a cross-border data exchange between Cyprus and EU Member States with operational National Contact Points for eHealth (NCPeH), such as eprescriptions, e-dispensations, patient summaries, and additional data sets (discharge forms, laboratory results and imaging, amongst others) as agreed with the eHealth Digital Service Infrastructure (eHDSI).
The project was completed on 30 June 2025, when the NeHA project committee, following comprehensive testing of the platform and successful validation of all functionalities supporting the cross-border ehealth services -including the Cross Border Patient Summary (PS), ePrescription/eDispensation (eP/eD) services, and the handling and exchange of original clinical documents- confirmed that all related deliverables had been fully produced in accordance with the required specifications.
Cyprus has successfully integrated into the MyHealth@EU network and is operationally connected for routine cross-border eHealth services with a number of EU Member States.
The completion acceptance certificate was issued on 19/09/2025.
