The subject of the project is the total reconstruction of the existing brewery malt house into a seven-storey cultural centre.
The project contributes to the development of the cultural and creative sector by providing suitable and dignified premises.
The cultural centre will serve citizens of all ages, providing a new functional and operational use of the building, which can fulfil the necessary functions for the public community life of Kralupy nad Vltavou, including its wider surroundings, in the city centre in the long term.
On the lower floors the building will be used as a restaurant with a microbrewery, café, library and museum.
The upper floors will house a children and youth house and a primary art school.
The main objective of the project is to ensure the development of cultural and creative activities through appropriate and dignified spaces for their activities.
