The objective of this investment is to prevent the separation of children from their family.
The investment shall consist of the entry into operation of a network of 150 day service centres, one of these centers will be created in URLATI City, PRAHOVA County, by rehabilitating an existing building and equipping it, for the aforementioned purpose, and will offer counseling and support for children and parents from disadvantaged categories.
This building shall comply with the nearly zero energy building requirement according to national guidelines.
