The project implemented in Stelnica locality, Ialomița County, aims to increase the degree of integration and access to social services and socio-professional insertion for disadvantaged groups in Stelnica localoty by at least 20%.
This will be achieved through the construction and equipping of a Day Center for children at risk of being separated from their parents, where social services will be developed.
Specifically for children in risky situations, active policies will be developed to stimulate the formation of skills necessary for labor market integration, as well as to improve the quality of social assistance services.
As a result of the proposed investments, the goal is to create a building whose energy consumption will be nearly zero.
The value of the investment from RRF funds is 329.237,08 Euro.
