The project involves demolition and construction works on land owned by the Castelu locality.
The general objective of the project is to create a social service for preventing child separation from their family by building, equipping, and operating a day center for a minimum of 42 children at risk of separation from their parents in Castelu commune, Constanța County.
The categories of social services: Day center for children at risk of separation from their parents – social service code 8891CZ-C-II.
As a result of the proposed investments, the goal is to create a building whose energy consumption will be nearly zero.
The value of the investment from RRF funds is 329.981,06 Euro.
