The general objective of the investment is the construction and equipment of a day center in TARLISUA locality, BISTRITA-NASAUD County, for children at risk of separation from their parents.
This center will provide disadvantaged children with access to activities related to care, education, recreation and socialization, counseling, development of independent living skills, school and career guidance, and more. Additionally, it will offer support, counseling, and educational activities for their parents as well.
This building shall comply with the nearly zero energy building requirement according to national guidelines.
