The objective of this investment is to prevent the separation of children from their family.
The investment shall consist of the entry into operation of a network of 150 day service centres, one of these centers will be created in REGHIN municipality, ILFOV county, by restoration and arrangement of the existing building into a day care center for children at risk of being separated from their families.
This building shall comply with the nearly zero energy building requirement according to national guidelines.
