The general objective of the investment priority is to support children and parents from Roma communities in the Municipality of Târgoviște, Dambovita County, by providing counseling services for integration and reintegration into the family, recreation and socialization, psychological counseling/rehabilitation, and health assistance.
Through this investment, the beneficiary aims to establish a day center that meets appropriate operating standards, thereby contributing to the development of a network of day centers. The proposed investment consists of a structure made by assembling and adapting multiple prefabricated modular containers.
As a result of the proposed investments, the goal is to create a building whose energy consumption will be at least 20% lower than the nearly zero-energy building requirement according to national guidelines, which shall be ensured through energy performance certificate.
The value of the investment from RRF funds is: 316.658,05 Euro .
