The general objective of the investment is the rehabilitation, modernization, expansion, and equipping of a day center in Cătunele, Gorj County, with the mission of preventing the separation of children from their families.
During the day, the center will provide children with care, education, recreation and socialization, counseling, development of independent living skills, and school and career guidance. Additionally, it will offer support, counseling, and educational activities for parents.
This building shall comply with the nearly zero energy building requirement according to national guidelines.
