The project aims to provide access to high-quality telecommunications infrastructure and modern electronic communication services in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, as well as to support their development. These services will be delivered via very high-capacity networks and align with the objectives of the National Broadband Plan.
The KPO network will cover 2,405 address points in digitally excluded areas (so-called “white spots,” which are least attractive for commercial investment), including 3,134 households and 437 businesses.
The network will be built using FTTH P2M and P2P fiber-optic technology. All address points will have access to services with a minimum speed of 300 Mb/s, helping reduce disparities in access to very high-speed broadband across regions of Poland. The infrastructure will be scalable and capable of providing gigabit-level download speeds.
