The construction will be made based on the standard project provided by the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Public Administration. In this regard, the construction will have 70 buildings with 6 apartments each, with an average number of 2 rooms/apartment, resulting a total number of 420 apartments.
Newly built houses will respect the objective regarding the primary energy requirement by at least 20% than the requirement for buildings whose energy consumption is close to zero according to national guidelines.
At the same time, related to the provisions of the Specific Guide regarding Component 10, the young beneficiaries will cumulatively satisfy the following conditions:
- they come from a marginalized community
- they are aged between 18-35 years
- they have an income per family member below the average monthly salary in the economy
- they don’t own a home/did not own a home
- they currently live in poor/overcrowded housing conditions.
Equally, a criterion for prioritization is that young people have one/more children in care/living in the household.
