The Recovery and Resilience Facility will provide EUR 180 million to create 4,500 new créche places in Hungary.
Thanks to the investment, the municipality will support the return of parents with children under 3 to the labour market and increase employment by creating new places in the créche.
The main objective of the project was to ensure high quality access to the basic child welfare services (1 integrated créche group) to be provided by the Szentlőrinci Municipal Multipurpose Local Government Association in the Szentlőrinci Municipal Kindergarten and Créche in Szentlőrinci, thus helping families, facilitating the return of parents with young children to the labour market, thereby improving employment and the quality of life of families, increasing the proportion of women in employment in the 25-40 age group.
