Čipera Villa in Zlín

Čiper Villa is one of the iconic architectural landmarks of Zlín. Its construction began in 1939 and was completed in 1942. During the renovation, the villa received a new roof and facade, and significant work was carried out on its interior, where the original wooden parquet floors were uncovered and restored. Valuable stone and wooden elements were also renovated. The original wooden casement windows, expertly repaired, were returned to their places. Specialized classrooms and an educational center were created in the villa, where educational workshops as well as artistic and craft symposia will take place.
