In Hrádek nad Nisou, a new complex is planned on the site of the former Bekon factory, consisting of a municipal archive depository, a sports center, and a polyclinic.

The sports center will be located in the southeast corner of the complex. It will be a four-storey building serving as a public sports facility, offering spaces for various individual and group sports as well as physical education activities. The building will also include garages with 14 parking spaces.

The polyclinic will stand on the northern edge of the site. It will be a three-storey building with 24 parking spaces on the underground floor. The above-ground floors will house medical offices, including general practitioners, pediatricians, gynecologists, dentists, and dental hygienists. Additionally, the polyclinic will include diagnostic rooms (e.g., X-ray), rehabilitation facilities (e.g., electrotherapy), a gym, and administrative offices.

The depository with the municipal archives will be located in the northwest corner of the site. It will be a three-storey building primarily serving the municipal office. The facility will include storage areas, archives, depositories, and data storage facilities.
