The project will make a significant contribution to increasing employment opportunities for people with disabilities, improving working conditions, and enhancing the inclusion of people with disabilities in the workplace, while simultaneously boosting the company’s competitiveness and resilience.

The aim of the project is to optimize the business model, adapt work processes to the needs of employees with disabilities, enhance employees’ digital skills, and introduce more flexible forms of work, including improvements in work-life balance.
