The Barcelona City Council and the Barcelona Housing Consortium have funding of €42,541,956 from the NextGenerationEU funds to promote rehabilitation and urban regeneration.
Among the initiatives to be financed are neighborhood improvement actions, support for rehabilitation offices, increased energy efficiency in homes and financing of rehabilitation projects.
