The purpose of the project is to carry out a major investment in the modernization of technological equipment in 2023/2024, in accordance with the company’s development plan. As part of the project, new equipment—a band saw—will be purchased and installed, which will enable an increase in production capacity, improved precision in material processing, and greater efficiency and reliability of the production process.
The company’s goals include improving productivity and making more efficient use of resources. Value added per employee increased from €85,051.86 to €92,886.25, indicating greater economic performance. Material efficiency has improved by reducing raw material consumption per unit of product from 0.40 kg to 0.33 kg per cut, resulting in lower material consumption. Energy efficiency has increased, as energy consumption per cut has decreased from 1.68 kWh to 1.15 kWh, contributing to more sustainable and cost-effective production
