The regulation of the Minister of Industry and Minister of Climate and Environment of 4 November 2024 on quality requirements for solid fuels implements the recommendation from the review of quality requirements for solid fuels referred to in Art. 3a sec. 2a of the Act of 25 August 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1209) and fulfillment of the B4G milestone entitled Entry into force of the amended regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment on quality standards for solid fuels included in the B1.1 reform Clean Air and Energy Efficiency of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP).
