The project provided five public rental apartments by buying and refurbishing the existing apartments on Kolodvorska 11.
Vulnerable group such as young families, socially deprived and older people will benefit from non-profit housing.
The Recovery and Resilience Facility provided funding of EUR 309,000, while the total value of the investment was EUR 618,186. The renovation of the apartments was finalised in October 2024.
