The aim of the project is to significantly change the production process for wooden building joinery by introducing state-of-the-art machinery. By utilizing BAT technology, the company will achieve greater capacity, energy and material efficiency, and further green transformation of production. The project contributes to the company’s sustainable development and the reduction of environmental impacts resulting from existing production processes.
The company’s objectives are focused on significantly improving the efficiency of wooden building joinery production. Productivity will increase by raising the value added per employee from €42,675.00 to €52,686.00, representing significant financial progress. Material efficiency will improve by reducing raw material consumption per reference window frame dimension from 65.39 kg to 55.08 kg, thereby lowering material costs. Energy efficiency will increase by reducing energy consumption per unit from 30.714 kWh to 24.992 kWh, representing significant savings in electricity costs and contributing to sustainable operations.
