The project aims to develop 142 affordable rental housing units in Las Rozas (Madrid), contributing to improved access to housing and supporting social cohesion. The development includes low-rise residential buildings with energy-efficient design, offering two-bedroom apartments with associated parking and storage facilities.
The project is financed through the ICO line under the Recovery and Resilience Facility, which supports the construction and rehabilitation of energy-efficient housing for social or affordable rental purposes. The financing is backed by a public guarantee from the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda, covering 50% of the operation.
The project is currently under implementation and forms part of a broader strategy to expand affordable housing supply, promote sustainable construction and facilitate access to housing for households in need.
