The Municipality of Matosinhos delivered the first 50 houses, worth 13.3 million euros, of the Housing Complex of S. Gens – Piscina, as part of a project of the Recovery and Resilience Plan.
Of the 119 homes planned, in September 2025, 50 were completed and 50 households, for a total of approximately 110 people, were in the process of moving.
